The ELR-19N Earth Leakage Relay is a microcontroller-based protective relay designed to detect earth leakage current in single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. It monitors leakage current through an external CBCT (Core Balance Current Transformer) and trips the connected circuit when the leakage exceeds the preset value, thereby protecting equipment and personnel from electrical shock, insulation failure, and fire hazards. The relay features dual 4-digit LED displays for actual and set leakage current indication, adjustable trip current from 30 mA to 30 A AC, programmable trip delay from 0 to 10 seconds, auto/manual reset facility, fail-safe operation, and test/reset functions through front keys. It operates on a wide auxiliary supply range of 100–270 V AC/DC and provides relay outputs rated at 10 A, 230 V AC resistive load.
